John, Mr. Jose Paul Thaliyath and Mr. Joseph Xavier as independent directors and also appointed Ms. Sathi A Menon as women director, who is also an independent director. The Company has further informed that in the Board meeting held on 6th October 2014, Mr. Jose Paul thaliyath, Independent Director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board with effect from 23rd October 2014.
