Clarification by K.M.Sugar Mills LimitedSignificant price movement has been observed in K.M.Sugar Mills Limited.The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.K.M.Sugar Mills Limitedhas vide its letter inter-alia stated, "There is no such activity or information at the part of the company which may lead to increase in share price. Further, we write you that the Ministry of Food & Public had, vide its notification dated 18-09-2015, allowed export of 40 lacs tonnes of sugar and allotted quota to the sugar mills. If any such information comes to our notice, we undertake to immediately intimate to the Stock Exchange."
