Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that trading in the equity shares of JCT Electronics Limited will be suspended w.e.f. May 20, 2016 (i.e. closing hours of trading on May 19, 2016) pursuant to order dated 01/02/2016 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh, in Company Petition No. 217 of 2015, on the recommendation of the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction BIFR and the Official Liquidator attached to this court has been appointed as its Provisional Liquidator with the direction to take over the moveable and immovable assets of the Company forthwith.
