Vide its letter dated April 10, 2009, a disclosure pursuant to Regulation 8A(4) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997. Further the Company has informed that the promoter and promoter group of the Company have pledged 40,30,514 Equity shares of the Company held by them as collateral security for the Rupee Term Loan Facility of Rs. 750 Lacs sanctioned to the Company by Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), Mumbai on February 14, 2000. The pledged shares work out to 30.42% of the paid-up capital of the Company. It is further clarified that no Equity shares of the Company have been pledged by the Promoter Group to secure loan for their own use or of any other associate Company. The Company also informs the Exchange that none of the shares of the Company have been pledged by the Promoters and Promoters group of the Company during the quarter ended March 31, 2009.
