Exchange has sought clarification from IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited with respect to announcement dated February 11, 2016, that the Company along with its subsidiary has sold 49% equity stake in Rapid Metrorail Gurgaon Limited, a subsidiary of the Company at a price of Rs 17 per share for an aggregate consideration of Rs 509.90 Crs.".On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:1.Brief details of buyers and whether any of the buyers belong to the promoter/ promoter group/group companies. If yes, details thereof.2. Whether the transaction would fall within related party transactions? If yes, whether the same is done at "arm's length";3. The amount and percentage of the turnover or revenue or income and net worth contributed by such entity of the listed entity during the last financial year;4. Date on which the agreement for sale has been entered into;The response of the Company is awaited.
