Ig Petrochemicals Ltd. has informed the Exchange that at the Board Meeting held on October 23, 2007 the Board interalia considered and approved the following :- 1) Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. The Company has reported Net Sales of Rs. 15123.61 lacs as against Rs.17361.66 lacs during the corresponding quarter of the previous year, PBIT Rs. 1802.07 lacs as against Rs. 1592.30 lacs during the same period and Net Profit of Rs. 1171.54 lacs as against Rs. 921.55 lacs during the same period in the previous year. 2) Declared Interim Dividend of 5% for the current financial year. 3) The Record Date for payment of Interim Dividend has been fixed on November 08, 2007.
