Ltd., ( a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) as per scheme approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay vide order dated October 25, 2013. The appointed date is July 01, 2013 and effective date works out to November 28, 2013 (being the date on which the Order of High Court of Bombay with Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.
