  Subsequent to superannuation of Smt. Sashikala Muralidharan (General Manager, Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer) on November 30, 2019, a joint arrangement has been entrusted to Smt. Reena Bhatnagar, General Manager and Shri Deepak Prasad, General Manager of the Corporation to look after financial and administrative powers and functions of the Chairman cum Managing Director ( CMD ) with effect from December 10, 2019, till such appointment is made to the post of CMD by the Government or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
