Goenka as Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from November 08, 12, subject to approval of Shareholders in the next General Meeting. Further, the Company has also informed that the Board at the above meeting has also accepted letter of Shri A. V. Agarwal resigning from the Whole Time Directorship of the Company with effect from November 07, 2012 but he will continue as member of the Board of the Company.
