Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company was held on November 30, 2009 and interalia the following decision took place: (1) Recommended Dividend @ 12% and @ 8% on Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares for the year 2008-09 including arrears for the year 2007-08. (2) Recommended Dividend @ 15% (Rs.1.50 per share) on Equity Shares.
