Ds Kulkarni Developers Ltd. has informed the Exchange that: Intimation has been received from Mrs. Hemanti N. Phadke (Alias Mrs. Hemanti D. Kulkarni), one of the promoters of the Company relating to the part revocation of the pledged shares by her. Mrs. Hemanti N. Phadke (Alias Mrs. Hemanti D. Kulkarni) had totally pledged 19,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each constituting 7.44% of the paid up capital of the Company, by way of two different transactions. Mrs. Hemanti N. Phadke (Alias Mrs. Hemanti D. Kulkarni) has revoked 5,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each from the aforesaid 19,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on June 13, 2009. After this transaction the total shares pledged by her stands reduced from 19,20,000 shares to 14,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each constituting 5.43% of the paid up capital of the Company. Kulkarni, one of the promoters of the Company relating to the part revocation of the pledged shares by him. Mr. D. S. Kulkarni had totally pledged 6,70,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each constituting 2.60% of the paid up capital of the Company. Mr. D. S. Kulkarni has revoked 2,70,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each from the aforesaid 6,70,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on June 11, 2009. After this transaction the total shares pledged by him stands reduced from 6,70,000 shares to 4,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each constituting 1.55% of the paid up capital of the Company. Further, the said shares had been pledged by the Promoter to secure short term borrowings made by the Company for its business purposes.
