Exchange has sought clarification from DPSC Limited with respect to announcement dated Sep 07, 2016, regarding that the company has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ("JVA") with Wursata Shipping Corporation("WS Corp.") as the Joint Venture Partner and Matsya Shipping & Ports Private Ltd("MSPPL") as the joint venture Company. Pursuant to JVA and subject to terms and conditions precedent therein, Company will transfer 50% of its entire share capital held in its wholly-owned subsidiary. i.e. MSPPL in Favour of the WS Corp.".On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:1.
