In view of the Board Meeting on November 01, 2014, the Bank has closed its Trading Window from October 22, 2014, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, and as required under DCB Share Dealing Code . The Trading Window would be re-opened, 24 hours after the release of the results to the Stock Exchanges.
