In terms of RBI's letter of appointment DBOD No.17706/05.42.001/2008-09 dated April 21, 2009 Shri P. Vaidyanathan has demitted his office of Non Executive Chairman of the Bank on April 26,2011 on completion of two years and also resigned from the directorship of the Bank. Shri N. Sankaran has also resigned his office as a Director of the Bank as he has attained the age of 70. The above resignations were accepted by the Board at its meeting held April 26, 2011.
