The Company has now informed that the words "Not Annualized" were inadvertently omitted below the Earnings Per Share (Basic and Diluted) for the quarter ended March 31, 2013, December 31, 2013 and March 31, 2014. Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2014 has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.90 per equity share of Rs. 10 each of the Company. The dividend shall be paid within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
