Bang Overseas Limited had informed the Exchange regarding the 50:50 Joint Venture Company with M/s Aquarelle International Limited for carrying on the business of manufacturing shirts and other garments in India for export and sale in domestic market subject to approval of the member through postal ballot. The Company has now informed the Exchange that based on the report submitted by the Scrutinizer, the Chairman has declared the result on March 20, 2009 of the resolutions passed through postal ballot.
