Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated June 04, 2011, has granted 5,65,000 (Five Lac Sixty Five Thousand) Stock Options to the eligible employees of the Company in terms of "Almondz Global Securities Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007". Against each option, the grantee employees will have a right to apply for and get allotted one equity share at an exercise price of Rs. 27.45 (Rupees Twenty Seven and Forty Five paise only), being the latest available closing market price on National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. having higher number of shares traded on June 03, 2011. The vesting period for the said options is in a graded manner within the period from respective grant and as prescribed in grant letters, subject to minimum vesting period of one year.
