Clarification by Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited Substantial increase in trading volumes have been observed in Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We hereby inform you that there is no pending information or announcement from the Company. Therefore, whatever the increase in the share price of the Company is, purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven and the Management of the Company is in no way connected with any such price increase/volume increase."
