About ITI Mutual Fund schemes

ITI Mutual Fund is the mutual fund run by ITI Asset Management Limited, registered with SEBI on 14 May 2018 and sponsored by The Investment Trust of India Limited and ITI Credit Limited. This page lists its equity, hybrid and debt funds with returns, size and cost, plus its fund managers.

Sponsor and structure

The sponsor sets it up, a trustee company holds the investors' money for them, and an asset management company (AMC) runs the schemes. For ITI Mutual Fund the sponsors are The Investment Trust of India Limited, formerly Fortune Financial Services (India) Limited, and ITI Credit Limited, formerly Fortune Credit Capital Limited; the trustee is ITI Mutual Fund Trustee Private Limited, and the AMC is ITI Asset Management Limited.

The AMC was incorporated on 10 Jan 2008. The trust was constituted on 6 Apr 2017, and SEBI registered the mutual fund on 14 May 2018 under number MF/073/18/01.

Schemes it runs

The fund house runs equity, hybrid and debt schemes. The equity range spans market-cap based funds from large cap to small cap, flexi cap, multi cap, focused and value funds, an ELSS (a tax-saving equity fund with a three-year lock-in), and sectoral or thematic funds covering banking and financial services, consumption, pharma and healthcare, and business cycles. Hybrid schemes include balanced advantage, arbitrage and multi asset allocation. Debt schemes run from overnight and liquid funds to ultra short term, banking and PSU, and dynamic term funds.

Category links lead to every fund in that SEBI category across fund houses.

How the page shows its funds

Returns are shown for each fund's lead plan, the Direct plan where one exists. The 3-year and 5-year figures are annualised, meaning the gain compounded per year. Size is the fund's assets and cost is its expense ratio, the yearly fee charged as a share of assets.

Assets managed is the average money in the house's funds over the latest quarter, added across funds. Where one of its funds holds units of another of its funds, that money is counted once.

Fund managers

The managers table lists those running funds now, largest first by money managed. Money in their funds is the latest month's assets of every fund they run, and a co-managed fund is counted in full for each manager. The date shown is the earliest start date on record for that manager at any of the house's funds.

Complaints and voting

The page shows investor complaints as the fund house reports them for the latest month: received, resolved and open at month end, which includes complaints carried from earlier months. It also counts the company meetings in which the house's funds voted over the latest quarter. Each resolution is counted once even when several funds voted on it.
