Considering the growth plans, newer business opportunities which would fuel the next phase of growth of the Company, the Board of Directors have inter-alia approved the proposal of fund raising upto an amount of Rs. 400 Crores as and when required through issuance of securities by way of public/ preferential allotment/ private placement including qualified institutional placement in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations 2009 and have decided to obtain an enabling resolution from the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. 6.
