Exchange has sought clarification from Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Limited with respect to announcement dated December 5, 2014 that "The Company has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for purchase of one vessel M. V. OEL GUJARAT. The size of the vessel is 1613 teus and the delivery is expected in the month of January, 2015. On basis of above Company is required to clarify following 1. Name of Entity with whom the Company has entered into a MOA. 2. Financial impact for the said agreement. The response from the Company is awaited.
