Exchange had sought clarification from Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Limited with respect to a news item captioned "Shreyas Shipping launches Vizag-Dubai container service". The Company has clarified that "We confirm that the news pertains to the Company. However we would like to state here that the Company has not initiated this news. The Company has informed the Exchange about taking delivery of its vessel M. V. OEL Gujarat. This vessel made its maiden call (first call) in India at the Vizag port. The terminal officials had invited the CEO of the Company and also the Press to inform that it offers connectivity from Vizag port directly into Gulf countries. This function is customary at every port / terminal for a maiden call of any vessel. For the Company, this is a routine business / operational matter of designing services which caters to the container trade and does not in any way tantamount to an event that would have any bearing on the operations or performance of the Company.
