Post Open Offer Status of the Company : M/s. INEOS ABS (Jersey) Limited has acquired : 1) 89,63,564 No. of shares constituting 50.97% of total capital from LANXESS India Pvt. Ltd. - Lanxess Promoter Group, 2) 33,10,865 No. of shares constituting 18.83% of total capital from RA Promoter Group and 3) 23,79,276 No. of shares comprising of 13.53% of total capital from general public through open offer, which concluded on March 5, 2008. Thus, effective Board Meeting approval on March 13, 2008, INEOS ABS (Jersey Limited holds 14,653,705 no. of Equity Shares (83.33%) of total capital of the Company.
