Ministry of Shipping, Government of India its vide letter no.CC-28012/02/2013-DCI dated December 22, 2014 - Office Order - 13/2014 has communicated the appointment of Shri S. Charles as Director (Finance) of the Company for a period of five years from the date of his assumption of Charge of the post, or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earliest. Further, Mr. S. Charles has assumed Charge as Director (Finance) of the Company on December 26, 2014.
