D.B.Corp Limited has informed the Exchange that: (1) The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 13, 2010 to July 20, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Dividend; (2) The Annual General Meeting of the company for the year 2010, is proposed to be held on July 20, 2010; (3) The dividend, if declared by shareholders, at the AGM of the company, as above, will be paid after July 21, 2010.
