To consider and approve, among other matters, the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter/nine months period ended on the December 31, 2013 of Financial Year 2013-14. This is being subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Trading window in respect of aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results, shall remain closed for a period of 7 days prior to this scheduled Board Meeting and 24 hours thereafter i.e. from the January 31, 2014 to February 08, 2014 in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. The company has provided the above details of trading window period as per Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992 issued by SEBI wherein when the trading window is closed, the employees/directors shall not trade in the company s securities in such period.
