About The Wealth Company Mutual Fund schemes
The Wealth Company Mutual Fund is the fund house sponsored by Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited and registered with SEBI on 18 Jul 2025. It runs equity, hybrid, debt and gold schemes. This page lists its live funds with NAV, returns, size and cost.
Sponsor, trustee and AMC
The fund was set up as a trust on 5 Mar 2025 under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited is the sponsor, the company that sets up the trust. Pantomath Trustee Private Limited is the trustee company, which holds the investors' assets and oversees the fund. Wealth Company Asset Management Holdings Private Limited is the asset management company (AMC) that makes the investment decisions.
SEBI registered the fund on 18 Jul 2025 under registration code MF/086/25/12, which allowed the AMC to start operations.
Launch and first schemes
Its first four schemes, launched in 2025, were a flexi cap fund, an arbitrage fund, an ethical fund and a liquid fund, each opened through a new fund offer (NFO), the first sale of units in a new scheme.
Schemes it runs
Besides the first four, the house has added small cap, mid cap, large and mid cap, multi cap, multi asset allocation and balanced advantage funds, plus a gold ETF and a gold fund of funds. This page groups them under equity, hybrid, debt, and index funds, ETFs and FoFs, and links each category to its own page.
The Ethical Fund is a thematic equity scheme with the Nifty 500 Shariah TRI as its benchmark.
Returns and assets on this page
Funds added after the first four show a NAV, size and cost but no return until they are a year old, and 3 and 5 year figures come later still. NAV is the price of one unit. Returns are for the Direct plan where a fund has one, and 3 and 5 year returns are a yearly compounded rate, not the total over the period.
Assets managed is the quarter's average, summed across the house's funds; money its gold fund of funds holds in its own gold ETF is counted once. The cost column is the expense ratio, the yearly fee taken from a fund's assets.
Managers, offers, complaints and votes
The manager table lists each person running the house's funds, how many funds and how much money each runs, and the earliest date the house files for them on any of its funds. The page also shows the first and latest NAV of its recently closed NFOs, its investor complaints for the latest month and how its funds voted at company meetings in the quarter.
