About Old Bridge Mutual Fund schemes

Old Bridge Mutual Fund is the mutual fund sponsored by Old Bridge Capital Management Private Limited and run by Old Bridge Asset Management Private Limited. It was registered with SEBI on 1 Sep 2023 as MF/081/23/07. It runs Focused, Flexi Cap and Arbitrage funds.

Sponsor, trustee and AMC

Old Bridge Capital Management Private Limited is the sponsor that set up the fund as a trust. Old Bridge Mutual Fund Trustee Private Limited, the trustee company, holds the schemes' assets for unit holders and oversees the fund. Old Bridge Asset Management Private Limited, incorporated on 8 Dec 2022, is the asset management company (AMC) that runs the schemes.

When Old Bridge started

The fund was constituted as a trust under a deed dated 21 Feb 2023 and registered with SEBI on 1 Sep 2023. Its first scheme, the Focused Fund, opened for subscription on 17 Jan 2024; its Arbitrage Fund was offered to investors in Nov 2025 and its Flexi Cap Fund in Feb 2026. A fund younger than a return period shows a dash for that period.

Schemes Old Bridge runs

The page groups the funds by type: two equity funds, Focused and Flexi Cap, and one hybrid fund, Arbitrage. SEBI's category rules set what each must hold. A focused fund holds at most 30 stocks and, under the revised category rules SEBI issued on 26 Feb 2026, invests at least 80% in equity, up from 65%. A flexi cap fund invests at least 65% in equity, spread over large, mid and small companies in any mix. An arbitrage fund buys shares in the cash market and sells the same shares in the futures market to earn the price gap between the two.

Each row shows the NAV (the price of one unit), the fund's size and its cost, the yearly expense ratio charged to investors. Returns use the Direct plan, the version with no distributor commission, where a fund has one.

Fund managers, complaints and votes

The managers table adds up the latest month's assets of every fund a manager runs now; a fund with two managers counts in full for each. Assets managed for the house averages each fund's money over the quarter and counts holdings in the house's own funds of funds once.

Complaints show the month's count received, resolved and still open at month end, including any carried over. Votes count each resolution once, however many Old Bridge funds voted, with the number voted against and abstained.
