About Lakshya Mutual Fund schemes

Lakshya Mutual Fund is an Indian mutual fund house from Ahmedabad, sponsored by the listed wealth manager Wealth First Portfolio Managers. SEBI registered the fund on 25 Mar 2026, and its first scheme, an overnight fund, opened on 15 Sep 2026.

Sponsor, trustee and AMC

Wealth First Portfolio Managers Limited is the sponsor, which set up the fund as a trust on 30 Oct 2025. Lakshya Trustee Private Limited is the trustee company, which holds investors' assets and oversees the fund. Lakshya Asset Management Private Limited, the sponsor's subsidiary incorporated on 11 Jun 2025, is the asset management company (AMC) that makes the investment decisions. SEBI's registration code for the fund is MF/091/26/17.

Two members of the AMC's team co-founded Benchmark Asset Management, the house that launched Nifty BeES, India's first exchange traded fund (ETF).

Its first scheme

The Lakshya Overnight Fund is an open-ended debt fund that lends for one day at a time. It was offered to investors from 15 to 18 Sep 2026, with Direct and Regular plans, each with a growth option, and the CRISIL Liquid Overnight Index as its benchmark. Under SEBI's rules an overnight fund holds securities that mature in one business day, the shortest of any debt category.

What this page shows

The page lists every live fund of the house with its NAV (the price of one unit), returns over 1, 3 and 5 years, size and cost. Returns are for the plan each fund's page leads with, Direct where the fund has one. A fund this new may show no 3 or 5 year returns, because those need that much history. The page also lists recently closed offers, investor complaint figures and documents.

A house with one fund

Larger fund houses spread across equity, hybrid and debt categories. Lakshya runs a single scheme so far, so the page has a single Debt group and no fund manager table. As the house adds schemes, they appear on this page.
