ASK Mutual Fund schemes are the funds run by ASK Asset Management Private Limited, a mutual fund house sponsored by ASK Investment Managers Limited and registered with SEBI on 16 Feb 2026. It is a new fund house, and its first scheme is a liquid fund.
Sponsor, trustee and asset management company
ASK Mutual Fund is set up as a trust under a trust deed dated 29 Aug 2025. ASK Investment Managers Limited is the sponsor, the company that creates the trust. ASK Trustee Private Limited is the trustee, which holds the trust's assets for unit holders and oversees the fund house. ASK Asset Management Private Limited, incorporated on 20 May 2025, is the asset management company that runs the schemes.
The fund's SEBI registration number is MF/089/26/15.
